Improper TLS Certificate Validation in Termix Desktop
CVE-2026-45745 affects Termix Desktop, the Electron-based client for the Termix web-based server management platform. Starting in version 1.7.0, the desktop client disables TLS certificate validation for HTTPS connections to the configured Termix server. Because certificate validation is not enforced, an attacker positioned on the network path can impersonate the server and intercept or alter supposedly protected traffic. The exposed traffic includes authentication exchanges and normal application traffic, creating a direct path to credential theft and theft of JWTs or other session material.
