Mushr00w Uploader is a PHP web shell used to upload additional malicious files to compromised WordPress sites. It provides a browser-based file-upload interface and has been observed being deployed through exploitation of CVE-2026-14894, an unauthenticated arbitrary-file-upload vulnerability in the Super Forms WordPress plugin. Attackers submit the web shell as a Base64-encoded PHP payload disguised as image data, then use it as a first-stage foothold to deploy further payloads. The available evidence does not establish attribution to a specific threat actor.
