Sub-processors

Mallory.ai Inc. (“Mallory”) engages the third-party sub-processors listed below to assist in providing the Services. Each sub-processor is bound by a written agreement requiring it to provide a level of data protection and security at least equivalent to that required under our Data Processing Addendum. This page is maintained in accordance with that addendum.

Changes and Notifications
Mallory will provide advance notice of the addition or replacement of a sub-processor before that sub-processor begins processing customer personal data, in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum. Customers may subscribe to receive notice of changes by contacting privacy@mallory.ai. If a customer has a reasonable, data-protection-based objection to a new sub-processor, the process for raising and resolving that objection is set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
