Its targeted data may include authentication and session material, API secrets, Model Context Protocol configuration data, prompt and conversation histories, and project-related metadata. Theft of these artifacts can enable unauthorized use of AI-service accounts, abuse of connected services, exposure of development context, and follow-on compromise of associated credentials or accounts. The activity targets local endpoint data after an infostealer has infected a system rather than exploiting a vulnerability in an AI model or coding agent.
