It reported that GPT-5.6 Sol performed comparably to recent predecessors on jailbreak testing and scored 1.000 on its connector prompt-injection evaluation and 0.910 on a separate search and function-calling evaluation.
OpenAI introduced additional protections for younger users, including boundaries around sexual material, eating disorders, body-image risks, age-restricted goods, dangerous activities, and graphic violence.
