Path handling flaw in Apache HTTP Server mod_dav_fs
CVE-2026-42535 is a moderate-severity path handling vulnerability in the mod_dav_fs component of Apache HTTP Server affecting version 2.4.67 and earlier. The flaw allows a WebDAV content author to directly manipulate trusted DAV property databases due to improper path handling within mod_dav_fs. Apache indicates that this unauthorized manipulation can potentially crash child processes. The issue was fixed in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.68.
