In Microsoft Outlook 8.5 and earlier, and Outlook Express 5 and earlier, when the option 'Automatically put people I reply to in my address book' is enabled, the client does not alert the user if the 'Reply-To' address in an email differs from the 'From' address. This allows an attacker to craft emails with a spoofed 'Reply-To' field, causing the client to add the attacker's address to the user's address book and potentially redirect replies intended for a legitimate user to the attacker.
