WatchGuard Server Center 11.7.4, and potentially earlier versions, contains an uncontrolled library-search-path vulnerability affecting the Log Collector and WebBlocker Server services. The services resolve a required library from an application directory that can precede the legitimate library location. If an attacker can place a malicious library in the searched directory, the service loads it and invokes its required exported function. Because the affected services execute as Windows SYSTEM, this results in local privilege escalation when the service is started or restarted.

A local privilege-escalation vulnerability caused by insecure loading of wgpr.dll in Watchguard Server Center components, including Watchguard Log Collector and Watchguard WebBlocker Server. An attacker able to write a malicious DLL into the relevant application bin directory can have it loaded after service restart and execute code as SYSTEM.
A local DLL-search-path hijacking / insecure library-loading vulnerability affecting WatchGuard Server Center 11.7.4 (and potentially 11.7.3 and older). If installed in a user-writable non-default directory, an attacker can substitute wgpr.dll and have code executed by SYSTEM-running services, resulting in local SYSTEM privilege escalation.
