CVE-2014-0109 is an uncontrolled resource-consumption vulnerability in Apache CXF 2.6.x before 2.6.14 and 2.7.x before 2.7.11. When a POST request with a Content-Type of text/html is sent to a SOAP endpoint, CXF generates an error message using supplied input. A sufficiently large crafted request can cause excessive memory allocation during error-message creation and trigger an out-of-memory condition.
