The vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to perform actions on behalf of authenticated administrators without their consent. Specifically, attackers can exploit CSRF to (1) trigger XSS via the i18n[1][name] parameter in the pjActionCreate action of the pjAdminServices controller, or (2) add a new administrator via the pjActionCreate action of the pjAdminUsers controller.
