CVE-2015-3113 is a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in Adobe Flash Player affecting versions before 13.0.0.296, 14.x through 18.x before 18.0.0.194 on Windows and OS X, and before 11.2.202.468 on Linux. The flaw can be triggered remotely via crafted Flash content and was exploited as a zero-day in the wild in June 2015. Successful exploitation allows arbitrary code execution in the context of the user running the vulnerable Flash Player. Public reporting associates the vulnerability with targeted exploitation campaigns that delivered follow-on malware after malicious Flash content was rendered.

This repository contains a single Metasploit module: 'adobe_flash_nellymoser_bof.rb', which exploits a buffer overflow vulnerability in Adobe Flash Player's handling of Nellymoser-encoded audio in FLV files (CVE-2015-3043 and CVE-2015-3113). The exploit targets both Windows and Linux platforms, specifically vulnerable versions of Flash Player running in Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers.
