CVE-2017-17105 is a vulnerability in Zivif PR115-204-P-RS web cameras (versions V2.3.4.2103, V4.7.4.2121, and possibly others) that allows unauthenticated, blind remote command injection via CGI scripts exposed by the web interface. An attacker can send a crafted HTTP request to cgi-bin/iptest.cgi with a payload in the -url parameter, resulting in arbitrary command execution on the device. No authentication is required, and the vulnerable CGI endpoint is directly accessible.
