CVE-2019-10746 is a prototype-pollution vulnerability in the Node.js mixin-deep package. Versions earlier than 1.3.2 and version 2.0.0 improperly handle a constructor-based payload passed to the mixin-deep function, allowing attacker-controlled properties to be added to or modified on Object.prototype. The resulting polluted prototype can alter behavior across objects in the affected JavaScript process, with downstream impact determined by how the application consumes merged objects and inherited properties.

Prototype-pollution vulnerability in the mixin-deep function of the nodejs-mixin-deep package.
A prototype-pollution vulnerability in the Node.js mixin-deep package before versions 1.3.2 and 2.0.0. An attacker able to merge properties into an object may alter Object.prototype properties; the principal stated impact is system availability, although integrity and confidentiality effects depend on application use of polluted properties.
