CVE-2019-13990 is an XML External Entity injection vulnerability in Terracotta Quartz Scheduler through version 2.3.0. The flaw is in the initDocumentParser method of XMLSchedulingDataProcessor, which inadequately restricts XML external entity declarations while processing XML-based Quartz job descriptions. A crafted job description can cause the XML parser to resolve attacker-controlled external entities.
