CVE-2019-19533 is an out-of-bounds read and information-disclosure vulnerability in the Linux kernel ttusb_dec USB digital-video driver, which supports Technotrend/Hauppauge USB DEC devices. In Linux kernel versions before 5.3.4, the driver fails to fully initialize a structure, allowing data from kernel memory to be exposed in responses to device commands issued through a malicious USB device impersonating supported hardware.
