CVE-2020-12271 is a critical SQL injection vulnerability in Sophos XG Firewall (SFOS) 17.0, 17.1, 17.5, and 18.0 releases available before 2020-04-25. The flaw affects the firewall administration HTTPS interface and User Portal when either service is exposed through the WAN zone. Crafted remote requests can cause externally supplied input to be interpreted as SQL commands. The vulnerability was exploited as a zero-day in April 2020.
