CVE-2020-1631 is a vulnerability in the HTTP/HTTPS service of Juniper Networks Junos OS, affecting J-Web, Web Authentication, Dynamic-VPN, Firewall Authentication Pass-Through with Web-Redirect, and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). The vulnerability allows unauthenticated attackers to perform local file inclusion (LFI) or path traversal, potentially leading to command injection via httpd.log, reading of world-readable files, or obtaining J-Web session tokens. The HTTP service runs as 'nobody', limiting the impact of command injection. If J-Web is enabled, attackers may escalate privileges to those of any active J-Web session, including administrator access.
