CVE-2020-1927 is an open-redirect vulnerability in Apache HTTP Server versions 2.4.0 through 2.4.41. It affects mod_rewrite configurations intended to produce self-referential redirects. Encoded newline characters in a request can fool the redirect logic, causing the server to redirect to an unexpected URL embedded in the request.
