CVE-2020-29574 is an SQL injection vulnerability in the WebAdmin interface of Sophos CyberoamOS (CROS). The flaw allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to submit crafted input to the administrative web application and cause execution of arbitrary SQL statements against the backend database. Because the vulnerable component is the exposed management interface, exploitation can be performed over the network without prior authentication. Successful exploitation compromises the integrity of the application’s data layer and can enable further administrative impact depending on database privileges and application behavior.
