CVE-2021-0397 is a double free vulnerability in Android's Bluetooth service discovery implementation, specifically in the sdp_copy_raw_data function within sdp_discovery.cc. Improper memory management can cause the same memory region to be freed more than once while processing SDP data, creating heap corruption conditions. An attacker in Bluetooth range may be able to trigger the flaw remotely without user interaction, potentially leading to system compromise and arbitrary code execution in the affected context on Android 8.1, 9, 10, and 11.
