CVE-2021-30118 is an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in Kaseya VSA Unified Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) 9.5.4.2149. The vulnerable upload functionality accepts attacker-controlled file names, content, and destination locations. Although it expects a session identifier cookie, the identifier is not validated and any numeric value is accepted. An unauthenticated attacker can write arbitrary content to locations writable by the web-server process, including the web root, and execute uploaded ASP.NET code through the web server.
