CVE-2021-31755 is a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability affecting Tenda AC11 routers running firmware through 02.03.01.104_CN. The flaw is present in the web management functionality exposed via the /goform/setmac endpoint. A crafted POST request to this endpoint can trigger a stack overflow, allowing an attacker to overwrite stack memory and potentially redirect execution flow. Successful exploitation can result in arbitrary code execution on the device.
