CVE-2021-46915 is a denial-of-service vulnerability in the Linux kernel Netfilter nft_limit expression initialization routine. The routine used div_u64(), which performs 64-bit-by-32-bit division, for an operation requiring a 64-bit divisor. Truncation of a supplied 64-bit divisor can yield zero and trigger a CPU divide-error exception while nftables expressions are processed through Netlink. The correction replaces div_u64() with div64_u64().
