CVE-2021-47310 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel TI TLAN network-driver removal path, tlan_remove_one. The function freed the network device with free_netdev() before completing operations that used its private data. Because the private data is owned by the network device, subsequent use after free_netdev() can access freed memory. The upstream fix moves free_netdev() to the end of the function.
