CVE-2021-47559 is a NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel SMC networking subsystem's smc_vlan_by_tcpsk() function. The function's manual lower-network-device iteration could assign NULL after netdev_lower_get_next() returns no device, then pass the NULL pointer to is_vlan_dev(). The fix replaces the manual iteration with netdev_walk_all_lower_dev().
