CVE-2023-20073 is an arbitrary file upload vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco RV340, RV340W, RV345, and RV345P Dual WAN Gigabit VPN Routers. The flaw is caused by insufficient authorization enforcement in the file upload functionality, allowing requests to reach upload logic without proper authentication or authorization checks. A remote attacker can exploit the issue by sending a crafted HTTP request to the affected management interface and cause arbitrary files to be uploaded to the device.
