CVE-2023-20087 is an authenticated arbitrary file download vulnerability affecting the web-based management interface of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). The flaw is caused by insufficient input validation in HTTP request handling within the management interface. An authenticated remote attacker can send crafted HTTP requests to manipulate file access behavior and retrieve arbitrary files from the underlying filesystem of an affected device.
