CVE-2023-23063 is a local file disclosure vulnerability in Cellinx NVT v1.0.6.002b. The issue is present in the /cgi-bin/GetFileContent.cgi component, which can be abused to retrieve file contents from the underlying system. Based on the available information, the flaw allows unauthorized disclosure of local files by invoking the CGI endpoint and causing it to return file content that should not be exposed.
