An improper access control vulnerability exists in MeterSphere's /api/jmeter/download/files endpoint, allowing unauthenticated users to download arbitrary files accessible to the running process. This affects all versions prior to 1.20.20 lts and 2.7.1. The vulnerability exposes all files that the MeterSphere process can access, due to a lack of authentication and authorization checks on the download endpoint.
