CVE-2023-28461 is a critical vulnerability in Array Networks Array AG Series and vxAG running ArrayOS 9.4.0.481 and earlier. The flaw allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to browse the filesystem on the SSL VPN gateway by manipulating a flags attribute in an HTTP header. This authentication bypass exposes internal application resources and can subsequently be chained with a vulnerable URL to achieve remote code execution on the device. The issue affects internet-facing secure access gateways and has been observed in real-world exploitation.
