CVE-2023-3793 is a critical SQL injection vulnerability in Weaver e-cology. The issue affects unknown processing within the file filelFileDownloadForOutDoc.class in the HTTP POST request handler. The vulnerable parameter is fileid; supplying crafted input such as 1+WAITFOR+DELAY can alter backend SQL query execution, indicating insufficient neutralization of attacker-controlled input before it is used in SQL statements. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to inject arbitrary SQL into the application's database interaction path.

fileid parameter; monitor logs for suspicious SQLi patterns such as time-delay payloads; and reduce database account privileges used by the application to limit post-exploitation impact. These measures are compensating controls and do not replace upgrading to 10.58.0.Patch, then assume compromise.
