CVE-2023-4822 is an incorrect authorization vulnerability in Grafana deployments containing multiple organizations. An Organization Admin in one organization can alter the permissions associated with the Organization Viewer, Organization Editor, and Organization Admin roles across all organizations. The same user can globally assign or revoke permissions that they possess to or from other users. Consequently, an Organization Admin can elevate their own permissions in organizations of which they are already a member, or alter the permissions of other users.
