CVE-2023-49105 is an improper-authentication vulnerability in ownCloud core versions 10.6.0 through 10.13.0 affecting pre-signed URL validation for WebDAV file operations. When a file owner has no signing key configured, ownCloud can accept attacker-generated pre-signed URLs despite the absence of a valid signing secret. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a target username can impersonate that user in WebDAV requests and access that user's files.
