CVE-2023-52922 is a use-after-free vulnerability in the Linux kernel CAN broadcast manager (CAN BCM) procfs display handler, bcm_proc_show(). In bcm_release(), a bcm_op object can be freed before its associated procfs entry is removed. A concurrent read of that procfs entry can therefore cause bcm_proc_show() to dereference the freed bcm_op object.
