CVE-2023-54114 is an incorrect offset-calculation vulnerability in the Linux kernel NSH generic segmentation offload path. In nsh_gso_segment(), error unwinding derived the MAC-header restoration position from the current network-header offset. An inner-layer GSO handler, such as MPLS segmentation, can reset the network header before returning an error. The stale calculation then restores skb->mac_header beyond available skb headroom; the subsequent skb_push() triggers skb_panic. The fix preserves and uses the original MAC offset when restoring the outer NSH header.
