CVE-2023-5914 is a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in Citrix StoreFront's SAML test functionality. The affected controller processes attacker-supplied SAMLResponse data during the SSO flow. An exception handler incorporates XML parsing exception text into an HTML response without output sanitization. An attacker can cause an XML validation error containing script-controlled content, resulting in reflected JavaScript execution in the victim's browser.
