CVE-2023-6320 is an authenticated OS command injection vulnerability in LG webOS affecting the com.webos.service.connectionmanager/tv/setVlanStaticAddress endpoint on webOS 5 and 6. The flaw exists because the endpoint passes the ip_address, bcast_address, and netmask parameters to a system command without proper sanitization. A specially crafted series of authenticated requests can inject shell metacharacters or otherwise manipulate command construction, resulting in arbitrary command execution. Reported affected versions include webOS 5.5.0 - 04.50.51 on OLED55CXPUA and webOS 6.3.3-442 (kisscurl-kinglake) - 03.36.50 on OLED48C1PUB.
