CVE-2023-7330 is a critical unauthenticated arbitrary file upload vulnerability affecting Ruijie Networks NBR series routers. The flaw is present in the /ddi/server/fileupload.php endpoint, which accepts attacker-controlled values in the name and uploadDir parameters and stores multipart upload content without sufficient validation or sanitization of file type, file path, or extension. Because the uploaded content can be written into a web-accessible location, a remote attacker can upload a crafted PHP file and then request it via the web root to trigger execution. This results in arbitrary code execution in the context of the router's web service.
