CVE-2024-13088 is an improper authentication vulnerability affecting QNAP QHora routers, including QHora-322, in the login handling functionality identified as miro_webserver_controllers_api_login_singIn. The flaw allows a network-adjacent attacker to bypass normal authentication checks and authenticate using an arbitrary QCloud account without prior authentication. Successful exploitation compromises the router’s access control model and can permit unauthorized access to the management plane. QNAP indicates the issue is fixed in QuRouter 2.5.0.140 and later.
