This repository contains a Python exploit script (CVE-2024-30485.py) targeting CVE-2024-30485, a high-severity vulnerability in the Finale Lite WordPress plugin (versions <= 2.18.0). The exploit allows an authenticated user (Subscriber or higher) to install and activate arbitrary plugins on a vulnerable WordPress site, potentially leading to full site compromise depending on the plugin installed. The script performs several steps: it checks the plugin version by reading the plugin's readme.txt, logs in with provided credentials, extracts a security nonce from the admin panel, and then uses AJAX endpoints to install and activate a plugin of the attacker's choice. The repository also includes a README.md with usage instructions and a LICENSE file. The main attack vector is web-based, requiring access to the WordPress login and admin interfaces. Several fingerprintable endpoints are used, including plugin readme files and admin AJAX handlers.
