CVE-2024-5037 is an authentication-bypass vulnerability in OpenShift Telemeter. Under certain conditions, a forged JSON Web Token can bypass validation of the JWT issuer ("iss") claim during authentication. This permits a token that does not satisfy the intended issuer restriction to be accepted by the affected authentication flow.
