CVE-2024-54032 is a cross-site scripting vulnerability in Adobe Connect affecting versions 12.6, 11.4.7, and earlier. The flaw is described as a stored XSS condition in which an attacker can inject malicious script content into vulnerable form fields, and that script is later executed in a victim’s browser when the victim views a page containing the tainted field. The vulnerability arises from insufficient neutralization of untrusted input before it is rendered in a web context. Successful exploitation can enable browser-side script execution in the security context of the Adobe Connect application and user session.
