CVE-2024-8191 is an SQL injection vulnerability in the management console of Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM). Affected versions include EPM releases prior to 2022 SU6 and EPM 2024 systems missing the relevant September 2024 security update. The flaw allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to inject malicious SQL through the management interface and, as a consequence of the vulnerable server-side processing, achieve remote code execution on the target system.
