CVE-2024-9380 is an OS command injection vulnerability in the administrative web console of Ivanti Cloud Services Appliance (CSA) versions earlier than 5.0.2. An authenticated attacker holding administrative privileges can inject operating-system commands through vulnerable console functionality, resulting in remote code execution on the CSA appliance. The vulnerability was exploited as a zero-day in 2024 and was observed being chained with CSA authentication-bypass vulnerabilities, notably CVE-2024-8963, to remove the need for preexisting administrative access.
