CVE-2025-0111 is an authenticated arbitrary file read vulnerability in the Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS management web interface. An authenticated attacker with network access to the management interface can read files from the PAN-OS filesystem that are readable by the low-privilege "nobody" user. The issue affects PAN-OS on supported firewall branches including 10.1, 10.2, 11.1, and 11.2 prior to vendor-fixed releases. Cloud NGFW and Prisma Access are not affected. The vulnerability exposes filesystem content available to the web-facing service context and has been reported as actively exploited in the wild, including as part of exploit chains with CVE-2025-0108 and CVE-2024-9474 against PAN-OS devices.
