CVE-2025-13036 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Historian Site Edition affecting version 11. The flaw is caused by a race condition in the login flow due to improper synchronization of shared resources on the authentication endpoint. By repeatedly sending concurrent requests to the login endpoint, an unauthenticated attacker may obtain a valid authentication token, including during contention with a legitimate authentication attempt. Successful exploitation bypasses normal login controls and grants unauthorized authenticated access to the application.
