CVE-2025-21613 is an argument-injection vulnerability in go-git versions prior to 5.13.0. An attacker able to control a repository URL can inject arguments that influence git-upload-pack flags when go-git uses the file transport protocol. The issue is limited to file transport because it is the only transport protocol that invokes Git binaries.
