CVE-2025-21648 is a Linux kernel netfilter conntrack flaw in maximum conntrack hashtable sizing. The maximum size was not constrained to INT_MAX. Resizing an oversized hashtable could reach the oversized allocation path in __kvmalloc_node_noprof(), triggering WARN_ON_ONCE because __GFP_NOWARN is unset. The upstream correction clamps the maximum conntrack hashtable size to INT_MAX.
