CVE-2025-22167 is a high-severity path traversal vulnerability in Atlassian Jira Software Data Center and Server that was introduced in versions 9.12.0, 10.3.0, and remains present in 11.0.0. The flaw allows arbitrary file write by enabling an attacker to traverse paths and modify filesystem locations writable by the Jira JVM process. The issue affects Jira Software Data Center and Server deployments running vulnerable releases and can be used to write attacker-controlled data outside the intended directory scope.
