CVE-2025-24053 is an improper authentication vulnerability in Microsoft Dataverse. The flaw allows an authenticated attacker to exploit insufficient authentication enforcement over the network to elevate privileges within the affected service. Available information indicates the issue is reachable remotely and requires the attacker to already possess valid authorization to interact with Dataverse. Microsoft automatically remediated the vulnerability in the service, and no customer-applied update was required.
